In the case of unemployment following your return to Switzerland, it makes a difference whether you previously lived in an EU/EFTA country or in a non EU/EFTA country. If you are returning from an EU/EFTA country, you are generally entitled to assert your claim in the last country you were employed in. If you lived in a country outside the EU/EFTA, certain conditions apply.
