Become a leader
We are seeking motivated and committed leaders for our camps for young Swiss Abroad.
Participants from all around the world get to know Switzerland, establish contact with other Swiss Abroad and spend unforgettable holidays in Switzerland.
What you offer:
- Minimum 20 years of age
- Experience in managing camps and working with children or young people
- Knowledge of foreign languages (mainly spoken language) and an interest in other cultures
- Reliability, teamwork skills, sociability and flexibility
- Commitment to advance planning and preparation work (1-2 days)
Persons with valid youth and sport (J+S) leadership training (e.g. camp sports/trekking, skiing or snowboarding) are preferred.
What we offer:
Depending on your role at the camp, we offer remuneration of between CHF 50 and CHF 100 per day, plus bed and board.

Civilian service
It is also possible to work in the camp as part of your civilian service. The position of group leader in summer requires 20 days commitment (including days off), while that of main camp leader requires 26 days commitment (including days off).
