New Federal Chancellery brochure on electronic voting

The Federal Chancellery has published a new brochure on the electronic voting project. The new publication focuses on the Federal Council’s strategy for introducing and extending the electronic voting system. The 2006 to 2012 trial period is evaluated and the new security requirements explained. The project is also briefly detailed and the status of implementation in the individual cantons outlined. Objectives and key milestones are also set out.
